Job summary

CMB International Capital Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Strategic Learning & Development professional to design and drive the annual training and development strategy, leveraging blended learning to foster continuous professional growth.

The role involves managing external training partners, performing training needs analysis, and supporting talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to enable a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years HR experience in learning and development.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
A good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Proficiency in Excel is highly preferred.
Prior experience in HR system setup/implementation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Design and execute the annual Training and Development strategy using blended learning channels.
Source, evaluate, and manage external training partners and related procurement tasks.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to diagnose gaps and drive improvements.
Support talent management and succession planning programs.
Review organizational structures to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to foster culture.
Drive cross-functional execution of ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
