Job summary

Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to shape and execute training, leadership development, and succession programs that support associate growth and business success.

You will partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps, drive onboarding and engagement initiatives, oversee trainee recruitment and internships, build links with universities, and continuously measure learning impact to enhance retention and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute learning and development initiatives to support associate growth and business success.
• Develop and deliver impactful training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps and implement effective learning solutions.
• Manage onboarding and engagement programs to enhance associate experience and retention.
• Oversee trainee and internship recruitment, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Build relationships with universities and hospitality institutions to attract emerging talent.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.
• Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes and business impact.
