Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of HR management experience.
• In-depth expertise in employment law, corporate compliance, and HR metrics reporting.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational structuring.
• Policy Development & Governance: Formulate, standardize, and enforce robust HR policies, compliance frameworks, and employee relations strategies.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage senior talent acquisition strategies, executive search, and vendor/agency management.
• Compensation & Performance: Lead annual performance appraisal cycles, benchmarking, benefits structuring, and talent retention strategies.
• Employee Relations & Legal Compliance: Mitigate legal risks, manage grievances, and ensure compliance with regulations and audits.
