Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, F&B/hospitality/retail preferred.
• Experience in HR business partnering and organizational development.
• Knowledge of HK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR transformation, process improvement, and HRIS is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate HR data into actions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
