• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' solid experience in sizable establishments; regional/global management experience preferred.
• People-centric, commercially savvy with keen interest in process improvement.
• Self-starter who works well independently and can articulate to all employees.
• Strong people management and networking skills; ability to build multi-cultural relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance when appropriate and manage employee relations issues through investigations.
• Analyse and strategise ways to retain excellent performance levels by improving workplace communication, satisfaction and engagement.
• Work closely with management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention; advise leadership on people performance to mitigate conflicts.
• Support Senior Manager in cascading and aligning business objectives with employees and management.
• Assist with monthly HR reports and analytics and workforce analysis for talent strategies.
• Collaborate with HR COE to implement Group initiatives, policies, and processes; provide guidance and updates.
• Stay updated on legal changes, compliance and internal controls; support global HR programs and CSR initiatives.
• Handle other initiatives directed by management.
