Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a strategic HR leader to partner with the CEO and the executive team to craft and execute a people strategy that supports business growth, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.

The role leads organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, HR operations, and data-driven stakeholder management to drive sustainable performance amid digital transformation and expanding market opportunities.

Qualifications

10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience partnering with CEOs and executive teams to drive business-aligned people strategies.
Hands-on experience leading HR transformation, process improvement, digitalization, automation, or AI-enabled workforce initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence.
Strong ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering with CEO and ELT to develop people strategy.
Lead organization design and workforce planning for growth in Hong Kong.
Oversee Talent Acquisition, executive hiring, and succession planning for critical roles.
Design and implement leadership development and succession frameworks.
Oversee HR operations, compensation & benefits, learning, development, and employee relations.
Build partnerships with business leaders across functions to provide strategic HR guidance.
