Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, partnership management, or business development.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, partnership distribution channels, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in partnership management, business planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brokerage and potential partnership with distribution strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Help Director drive new business opportunities, identify customer segments, and growth initiatives to strengthen Prudential Partnership Distribution channel’s ecosystem.
• Ensure effective execution of business plans, new sales initiatives, and partnership projects/sponsorships; support quarterly and annual business planning and performance reviews.
