Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Hong Kong seeks a Director in the Group Strategy Team to shape long-term direction and work with C-suite stakeholders. You will combine strategic thinking, analytical rigour and strong stakeholder management to deliver the agenda.

The role reports to the Group Director, Strategy, and involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure execution and alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy or consulting or internal strategy teams.
• Experience shaping corporate strategy and leading high-impact initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Group Strategy with the Group Strategy Director and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to high-priority strategic workstreams within the refresh.
• Analyze trends, disruptions and competitive threats for strategic options.
• Align corporate strategy with execution across pillars and functions.
• Prepare briefings for the Board and Group Executive Team.
• Support annual strategic planning and scenario planning.
