Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive strategic initiatives within the Business Growth & Strategic Execution function in Hong Kong. You will liaise with agency leaders and cross‑functional teams to align objectives with company strategy and support digital applications and project management efforts.

The role requires 7+ years in financial services with strong change management and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience in insurance, professional services, or financial services.
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in insurance/fintech digital products.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Act as liaison between Director and cross‑functional teams to drive initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth strategy implementation.
• Monitor and report on strategic planning effectiveness.
• Derive KPIs to measure success of plans.
• Create regular reports on progress and outcomes.
