Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a senior partnerships leader to drive growth through new distribution partners in Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end partnership development, from opportunity assessment to onboarding, while aligning with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.

You will negotiate complex agreements, collaborate across functions, and monitor market trends to identify strategic opportunities for expansion in the local financial services and insurance landscape.

Formación

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong's financial services and insurance landscape.
• Proven ability to originate, negotiate and implement complex partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, evaluation, acquisition, and activation of new distribution partners.
• Conduct market assessments and competitive analyses to spot growth opportunities.
• Develop prospecting strategies and engagement plans to build a partner pipeline.
• Drive end-to-end partnership development from opportunity to execution.
• Provide strategic expertise on new distribution models and go-to-market plans.
• Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.
• Design onboarding plans to accelerate partner productivity and success.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to launch partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor moves to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Build senior-level relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
