Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an Event & Marketing Executive for a 1-year contract in Hong Kong. The role requires coordinating corporate events, seminars, conferences and exhibitions, managing budgets and liaising with stakeholders.

You will support promotions and on-site delivery, ensuring timely execution and high-quality attendee experiences. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Event Management or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong communication

Qualifications

• A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' experience in event coordination, project support, or marketing.
• Experience organising corporate events, conferences, seminars or exhibitions.
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Putonghua communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and stakeholder engagement activities
• Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, AV setup, transportation and vendor coordination
• Provide on-site event support, oversee registration, attendee management and troubleshoot operational issues
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, business partners, service providers and event participants
• Prepare event proposals, reports, budgets, procurement documents and project records
• Support event promotion through social media, marketing materials and participant communications
• Monitor project timelines and ensure events are delivered smoothly and effectively
