Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Client Relations Manager/Account Manager for a 3-month contract to plan and execute luxury client engagement events and activations. You will coordinate in-store programmes, workshops, and VIP experiences, ensuring brand standards and superior customer experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in client relations or event marketing within luxury retail, fluent English and Chinese, and strong vendor and project management skills to link engagement

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in Client Relations, CRM, Event Marketing, Retail Marketing or Customer Engagement.
• Luxury retail background is required.
• Proven experience managing in-store events, workshops, VIP experiences and client activations.
• Strong vendor management and project coordination skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to link client engagement initiatives to sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute client engagement programmes, in-store events, workshops and brand activations.
• Develop event concepts and customer experiences from ideation to execution.
• Manage event logistics, venue setup, vendor sourcing and budget coordination.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Partner closely with Store Managers and retail teams to develop initiatives that support client acquisition, retention and sales growth.
• Support gifting strategies, client appreciation programmes and VIP engagement activities.
• Monitor event performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate marketing materials, event communications and customer invitation processes.
• Ensure all events and activations align with brand standards and luxury customer experience expectations.
• Support ad hoc client development and retail marketing projects as assigned.
