Job summary

Top Match Talent Solutions Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced events coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a range of events from local meetings to large international conferences. You will provide full logistical, administrative and on-site support, act as a liaison with clients and external suppliers, and coordinate Mainland exchange and internship programs.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in the MICE sector.
Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin; strong written communication in English and Chinese.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills, flexible mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and execute events from local business meetings to large international conferences.
Provide full logistical, administrative and on-site support (setup, live operation, and dismantling).
Act as the secondary client liaison in meetings and coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.
Oversee the administration and execution of Mainland exchange and internship programs.
Draft and publish engaging updates for company websites and social media platforms.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and departmental administrative duties.
