Job summary

TKS Exhibition Services Ltd is seeking an dynamic Events Sales Coordinator in Hong Kong to identify potential exhibitors, conduct proactive outreach, and handle inquiries related to exhibition packages and services. You will maintain CRM records, support joint promotions, and coordinate events with partners and exhibitors, while liaising with speakers and guests to ensure smooth on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, sales support or project management.
• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Chinese typing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools Canva and Photoshop is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential exhibitors and prospects to build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up with leads via phone, email, and WeChat.
• Handle inquiries from prospects and existing exhibitors, providing information on exhibition packages and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in identifying joint promotion opportunities and partnerships with industry partners.
• Support the development of partnership proposals for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Coordinate partnership activities including cross-promotions, content collaborations, and co-branded campaigns.
• Support the coordination of seminars, stage events, opening ceremony, and partner/exhibitor joint promotion events.
• Liaise with speakers, performers, and partners on scheduling, communications, and requirements.
• Perform other administrative, ad-hoc, and on-site duties as required
