Job summary

Mannings in Hong Kong is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead CRM strategies and loyalty programmes that align with the brand's direction and goals.

You will identify strategic partnerships with banks and e-wallets, analyse CRM and payment data, and collaborate with marketing to measure ROI.

This role requires strong analytics, fluent English and Chinese, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment across HK, Macau and Mainland China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant industry experience at sizeable organization.
• Experience in Marketing and/or FMCG or retail industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to digest data for valuable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies and loyalty programmes aligned with brand direction.
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships with banks / e-wallet to drive business opportunities.
• Analyse CRM and payment data to generate actionable insights and track key metrics.
• Work closely with marketing to leverage CRM and payment partnerships for campaigns, A/B testing, and ROI measurement.
• Stay on top of market trends in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China to shape the business.
