New World Development Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced CRM professional to lead and execute loyalty-driven campaigns across its portfolio. You will manage daily CRM operations, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and deliver performance reports to optimise customer engagement and revenue.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, strong data analysis, and fluency in English and Chinese to support a diverse customer base.

Competenze

• 6+ years' experience in CRM, Loyalty Programs, Retail Marketing, Mall Operations, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in CRM campaigns, member engagement, reporting, partnership, system coordination and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM, sales and campaign performance data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM/Loyalty systems, campaign platforms, or reporting tools is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Support CRM and partnership strategies across the portfolio.
• Manage daily CRM operations, including campaign setup, member management, communications, and customer enquiries.
• Prepare CRM, sales, and operational performance reports.
• Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns, from planning and targeting to execution and post-campaign review.
• Support CRM system maintenance and enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on CRM programmes and marketing communications.
• Drive CRM system and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience
