Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group seeks an experienced Manager, Communications & Public Relations to lead marketing communications campaigns for its retail banking segment and support the Group's corporate activities, ESG and CSR initiatives.

The role requires managing budgets, coordinating with product teams, agencies, and stakeholders, and coaching a team to deliver high-impact campaigns. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential, with strong analytical and planning skills to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, advertising and/or PR.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
Strong team player and good people skills for managing multiple stakeholders and for motivating and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

To work with product teams to plan, develop, organise and drive effective and quality marketing communications campaigns for the Group's products, services and channels.
To manage performance / liaise with agencies and external parties on creative development, media placement and production for branding and marketing campaigns.
To maximise and manage media exposure for the Group, and to maintain close media relationships to optimise media placements / negotiations.
To ensure compliance with the Group’s corporate ID guidelines.
To support and execute Group CPR needs as necessary, including PR support for CBD and DSB China, corporate events, ESG and/or CSR activities.
