Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking a seasoned digital banking professional to lead project initiatives across digital channels. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement business strategies, elevate customer journeys, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Fluency in English and Chinese is essential. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in digital banking or digital product development, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in UAT

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital banking services or digital product development.
• Degree or above in related disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented with a fast-learning mindset.
• Proven hands-on track record in the project lifecycle and UAT management.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing business strategies and project initiatives across digital banking channels to deliver innovative products and enhancements.
• Support the continuous improvement of end-to-end customer journeys on digital channels to create exceptional experiences and resolve pain points for customers.
• Involve yourself in the project lifecycle for digital projects, including user requirements preparation, review of UAT cases and results, and preparing customer communications/internal training.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and safeguard the quality of deliverables.
