Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking a Manager, Partnership & Marketing (General Insurance) to drive strategic partnerships and lead marketing initiatives. You will analyze markets, manage key corporate accounts, and oversee campaigns across digital and PR channels.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, 5+ years in marketing/business development, and experience in ESG/CSR. You will coordinate budgets, vendors, and multi-stakeholder reviews to strengthen the brand.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related disciplines with relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing & business development; ESG/CSR experience is an advantage.
• Strong digital marketing proficiency including SEM, SEO, social media and analytics.
• Experience with product and marketing campaign development cycles in insurance or banking is preferred.
• Self-discipline with strong interpersonal, presentation and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support identifying, expanding, and executing strategic partnership initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategies and business plans.
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with corporate accounts and strategic partners.
• Plan, execute, and track the Marketing & Corporate Communications master plan across print, digital, PR, and video touchpoints.
• Coordinate PR activities including media relations, press releases, and executive communications.
• Develop and maintain brand image across digital platforms and campaigns.
• Manage relationships with agencies, production houses, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines; provide copywriting and proofreading as needed.
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration for review and sign-off processes.
• Support ESG programs, CSR activities and key corporate events/sponsorships.
• Monitor campaign ROI and manage annual marketing budget.
