Talent Consulting is seeking a seasoned Change Management consultant to partner with C-suite executives and boards on transformation programs. You will shape adoption plans, orchestrate requirements, and guide deployment to business as usual, while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience of Change Management, Organization Design, Digital Transformation are required.
• Rich functional and industry knowledge to diagnose complex client issues and developing appropriate recommendations.
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in quantitative qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.
• Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
• Able to design and implement fit-for-purpose change strategies that meet clients' business needs and organizational culture.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment.
• Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment.
• Developing trusted relationships with key decision makers across client organization.
• Developing your deep skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance.

Key requirements:
