Tiffany & Co. Hong Kong is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the store team, optimize stock, scheduling, and processes, and ensure best-in-class client service. You will partner with the Store Director to implement efficient operations and compliance across front and back of house.

You will design and deliver onboarding programs, manage KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining corporate standards and security protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver results in a demanding environment.
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient English in writing and speaking.
• Ability to take ownership and multi-task, good team player.

Aufgaben

• Lead and partner with Store Director to ensure operational procedures meet high standards and efficient client experiences.
• Oversee stock management, scheduling, workflows, and onboarding/training programs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, packing, replenishment, stock transfers, and borrow merchandise.
• Manage materials forecasting and ensure supplies (gift boxes, bags, stationery) are on hand.
• Enforce protocols for repair requests and service center turnaround.
• Lead daily operations to protect assets and meet KPIs with scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support Store Director to drive day-to-day operations KPIs and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness and efficiency in line with standards.
• Stay aligned with corporate standards and directives.
• Lead store projects (new openings, renovations, relocations) and coordinate events.
