Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Hong Kong to drive profitability and efficiency within the store leadership team. You will supervise inventory, floor execution, and stockroom processes while partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to implement company directives.

You will mentor the Operations Associates, lead by example on guest experience, and support recruiting and talent development in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making.
• Values feedback and provides constructive feedback.
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with ability to blend fun with work.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks up to 10–15 kg safely.
• Ability to perform physical duties in a retail environment (bending, reaching, etc.).
• Ability to stand and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor replenishment, and stockroom operations.
• Uphold strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe operations through stockroom discipline and processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure cross-functional training and alignment.
