Job summary

Chanel Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Boutique Operations Manager to lead all aspects of boutique operations, ensure compliant and efficient processes, and deliver an industry-leading client and employee experience.

You will oversee SOPs, lead multiple teams, optimize operations, manage rosters and procurement, and drive cross-functional projects with the Office Retail Operations Team while upholding Chanel brand standards and developing talent.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail operation experience.
• 3 years in team management.
• Experience in fashion or luxury industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Boutique SOPs and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Lead Stock Team, CASS, Boutique Assistants, Alteration, and Cashiers to follow sales, stock, and after-sales policies.
• Manage team roster, vendor relationships, and boutique procurement.
• Plan and deliver staff briefings on boutique operations topics.
• Drive operations optimization and implement improvement projects at the boutique level.
