Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead the Store Director partnership, optimize stock, scheduling, and floor flows, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will oversee inventory, training, KPIs, and daily operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across back-of-house and front-of-house processes. Bachelor degree plus 8+ years retail ops experience preferred; fluency in English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient English; Chinese language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations efficiency and staff scheduling.
• Manage inventory, receiving, replenishment, and stock transfers.
• Design and deliver training programs; ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director to drive KPIs and continuous improvement.
