Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Hong Kong is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead and partner with the Store Director to optimize stock management, staffing, and client experience.

This role focuses on strategic planning, daily operations, training, and continuous improvement of store workflows, inventory controls, and KPIs to sustain operational excellence. You will drive efficiency while upholding Tiffany standards and ensure compliance across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of sales floor efficiency through operational support and enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize staff schedules based on client traffic and operational demands.
• Manage inventory including receiving, replenishment, stock transfer, and return of borrowed merchandise.
• Forecast materials and ensure supplies of gift boxes, bags, and stationery are on hand; coordinate with operations for timely restocking.
• Establish protocols for handling repairs from clients and return to service center promptly.
• Lead daily operations to protect assets and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
• Support Store Director to drive day-to-day store operations KPIs.
• Initiate and implement improvements to processes and workflows within the retail team.
• Ensure a clean, efficient back of house by optimizing back-of-house operations.
