Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned clienteling leader to drive store-level client engagement.

You will translate CRM insights into personalized interactions, coaching the team to deliver high-touch experiences that strengthen acquisition, retention and loyalty while supporting store objectives. Reporting to the Store Director, you will collaborate with Client Development and CRM teams to plan events, re-engage inactive clients and develop high-potential relationships across key jewelry

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in retail, client development or client relations.
Experience delivering personalized client experiences and developing long-term client relationships.
Practical understanding of store operations, clienteling and CRM insights to drive action.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong influencing and coaching skills with the ability to motivate colleagues and build partnerships.
Existing relationships with vendors/external partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement store-level clienteling strategy aligned with global direction and client insights.
Identify high-potential clients for High Jewelry and create personalized engagement plans with store teams.
Develop initiatives to attract new clients and nurture them into loyal customers.
Execute outreach plans to re-engage inactive clients via CRM data insights.
Enhance in-store client experience with personalized service and high-touch moments.
Collaborate with Client Relations and CRM teams on events and activations with clear objectives.
