Job summary

Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a capable Store Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end preparation of new stores, from initial design through construction and acceptance. You will coordinate internally and with external teams to ensure timely milestones and high quality delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising supplier performance, managing store facility maintenance, renewal workflows, and risk identification.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical store project management or related.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-department activities and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of new store preparation from design through construction to acceptance.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams.
• Supervise supplier performance quality and timeliness.
• Establish regular inspection mechanisms to proactively identify potential risks.
• Coordinate daily repair and maintenance of store facilities.
• Liaise with property management to ensure compliance.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies to guarantee store operation.
• Manage store lease renewal processes and negotiation strategies.
• Translate field experience into standardized SOPs and checklists.
• Issue structured weekly reports to improve operational efficiency.
