Job summary

Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a capable Store Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end preparation of new stores, from initial design through construction and acceptance. You will coordinate internally and with external teams to ensure timely milestones and high quality delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising supplier performance, managing store facility maintenance, renewal workflows, and risk identification.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical store project management or related.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-department activities and suppliers.

Whole-process management of new store preparation, responsible for controlling the overall schedule of new stores from initial design draft and construction to acceptance, coordinating and facilitating collaboration between internal and external teams, supervising supplier performance quality and timeliness, and ensuring delivery of each node as scheduled.

Key responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of new store preparation from design through construction to acceptance

Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams

Supervise supplier performance quality and timeliness

Establish regular inspection mechanisms to proactively identify potential risks in stores

Coordinate daily repair and maintenance of store facilities

Liaise with shopping mall property management to ensure compliance

Respond rapidly to emergencies to guarantee normal store operation

Manage the entire process of store lease renewal and formulate negotiation strategies

Translate experience in store preparation, maintenance and renewal into standardized SOPs and checklists

Issue structured weekly reports to continuously improve operational efficiency

About you

Bachelor's degree or above

More than 3 years of work experience in physical store project management

Strong sense of work responsibility

Experience in project management or regional coordination of physical stores such as financial outlets and chain retail (priority)

Capable of handling concurrent tasks for multiple coordinated stores simultaneously

Able to maintain clear organization under high-pressure environments

Strong sense of ownership

Mandarin fluency a plus

Competent in cross-departmental coordination and business negotiation
