Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced interior design professional to develop retail store layouts and technical drawings aligned with brand standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related disciplines.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in retail design, store planning, interior design, fitting-out, or project coordination.
• Experience in fashion, luxury retail, design consultancy, or contractor/vendor environment is highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or related design software.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop retail store layouts, design concepts, and technical drawings in line with brand standards.
• Build store concept and layout designs from scratch, matching with brand essence and messages
• Coordinate with landlords, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage store renovation, maintenance, and new store opening projects from planning to completion.
• Review construction drawings, material specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design requirements.
• Support budget control, cost estimation, and project documentation.
