Job summary

Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking a project-management professional to lead end-to-end community store openings. You will drive site selection, renovation coordination, budgeting, and compliance while coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time store rollouts.

The role requires 3+ years in project management or store development, with strong planning and risk-management skills, and fluency in Chinese; English or Cantonese working language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in project management, store development or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community store opening projects, define project plans, milestones and division of work, and drive timely delivery of each stage.
• Lead site selection: conduct trade-area research and footfall assessment, evaluate candidate locations, and drive rent negotiation and lease signing.
• Manage store renovation: liaise with designers and contractors, supervise construction progress, quality and safety, and organise completion inspection and handover.
• Prepare and control project budgets: cost estimation, expense approvals and spend tracking, keeping projects within budget.
• Drive preparation of opening-related licences and compliance documents, and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Organise post-opening handover to the operations team, deliver project reviews, and build a standardised store-opening playbook.

About you

Experience in retail/chain store openings, commercial real estate site selection or renovation project management is strongly preferred

Familiar with store renovation processes and budget management, with an understanding of common commercial lease terms

Excellent project planning, resource coordination and risk management skills, able to drive multi-party on-time delivery

Strong sense of responsibility and resilience, comfortable with site inspections and fieldwork

Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English or Cantonese as a working language is a plus
