Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a Store Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of new store setup—from initial design through construction to official handover. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

You will drive store maintenance standards, negotiate lease terms where needed, and translate experience into SOPs and weekly operational reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years in physical store project management.
• Experience in project management or regional coordination of physical stores preferred.
• Strong ownership, ability to handle multiple stores concurrently.

Description du poste

• Whole-process management of new store preparation:

Responsible for controlling the overall schedule of new stores from the initial design draft and construction to acceptance, coordinating and facilitating the collaboration between internal and external teams, supervising the performance quality and timeliness of suppliers, and ensuring the delivery of each node as scheduled;

• Operation and Maintenance & Inspection of Existing Stores: Establish a regular inspection mechanism to proactively identify potential risks in stores, coordinate the daily repair and maintenance of facilities, liaise with shopping mall property management to ensure compliance, and respond rapidly to emergencies to guarantee the normal operation of stores;
• Lease Management and Landlord Negotiation: Responsible for the entire process of store lease renewal, formulating negotiation strategies to address complex scenarios such as rent increases and landlord changes, safeguarding the company's interests, and providing clear decision-making basis for the management;
• Systematic development and operational accumulation: We will translate the experience in store preparation, maintenance and renewal into standardized SOPs and checklists, and issue structured weekly reports on a regular basis to continuously improve the operational efficiency of physical stores.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in physical store project management, a strong sense of work responsibility, and priority will be given to those with experience in project management or regional coordination of physical stores such as financial outlets and chain retail;
• Capable of handling concurrent tasks for multiple coordinated stores simultaneously, maintaining clear organization even under high-pressure environments, and possessing a strong sense of ownership;
• Cantonese fluency is required, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus. The candidate shall be competent in cross-departmental coordination and business negotiation, and capable of establishing or optimizing the SOP for store operation and management.
