Job summary

Haven of Hope Christian Service in Hong Kong invites applications for Assistant Manager - Staff Engagement (LO). You will manage the full employee lifecycle, lead recruitment initiatives and support HR operations for local and imported labour.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, with 5+ years’ experience, is fluent in English and Chinese, and proficient in MS Office. A mission-driven team offers competitive remuneration and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience with recruitment and employment administration for imported labour schemes preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from planning to exit.
• Plan and execute recruitment through multiple channels.
• Handle recruitment and employment administration for local and imported labour.
• Support unit heads on compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
