Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement.

The candidate should hold a Higher Diploma or Degree in HR, have at least 4 years HR experience, and be well-versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF. Bilingual English and Chinese communication is required, with strong MS Office skills.

• Higher Diploma or Degree in HR or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years HR experience in a sizable company.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF and related legislations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and customer-oriented.
• Good command in English and Chinese; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with company policy and local regulations.
• Collaborate with section heads to summarize hiring needs; build rapport with stakeholders.
• Maintain partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
• Explore recruitment channels and advertise effectively; support internship schemes and branding initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
