Zusammenfassung

Haven of Hope Christian Service 基督教靈實協會 in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition, onboarding and HR operations while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance. The role demands hands-on execution and strong collaboration with service unit heads.

You will lead recruitment strategies across channels, handle local and imported labour employment administration including visa processes, and support policies and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience handling recruitment and employment administration for imported labour schemes is highly preferred.
• Hands-on, resourceful, good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Be a good team player.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Aligned with Haven of Hope Christian Service's Vision, Mission and Core Values.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and exit administration.
• Plan and execute recruitment initiatives through various sourcing channels and monitor effectiveness.
• Handle talent acquisition and employment administration for local and imported labour, including visa applications, employment documentation, onboarding arrangements, and liaising with authorities.
• Support service unit heads/managers in understanding and complying with employment-related legislation, policies and HR procedures.
• Participate in projects and perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
