Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a proactive Office & People Experience Manager to maintain facilities standards, manage budgets, and streamline asset tracking across offices. You will partner with the People & Culture team to deliver employee-focused events and ensure smooth tenancy management.

The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic, growing international team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management in an MNC or sizeable company.
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administration, organizational and time management skills.
• Ownership mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work with a growing international team.

Responsibilities

• Workplace Governance: Maintain high standards of facilities functionality, office cleanliness, and operational continuity across facilities and office spaces.
• Budget Control: Oversee Workplace and People Experience budget and control in line with People & Culture team’s strategic direction.
• Asset Logistics & Reporting: Standardize corporate inventory tracking, safeguard and purchase company assets, and produce regular operational reports for management review.
• Employee Experience & Culture: Partner with different functions in People & Culture Team to deliver positive employee journeys and execute corporate events, engagement activities, and executive scheduling.
• Tenancy Management: Support lease management activities and real estate transitions.
• Ad-hocs: any other ad-hocs related to Workplace and People Experience tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management role, both MNC or sizeable company experience preferable
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong administration, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, and perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedules;
• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities;
• Self-starter, driven, solutions focussed, proactive with a can do attitude;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Team player – able to be resourceful and work with small but growing team, as well as ability to work independently; and
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
