Job summary

foodpanda in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, inbound management, stock handling, storage and timely order dispatch.

You will drive KPIs, shrinkage and cost control, plan manpower, conduct regular stock takes, and implement improvements. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work on shift duty.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or relevant.
• 3 years of relevant working and supervising experience in FMCG/retail or a related industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Candidate with less experience would be considered for Assistant Store Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inbound management, stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis.
• Drive store KPIs, shrinkage and cost control and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration.
• Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately.
• Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements.
• Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and elevate any malfunction to the Realty Facility Manager.
