Job summary

Fulum-Management-Limited in Central, Hong Kong seeks an experienced Sommelier to deliver expert wine pairings and exceptional beverage service. You will collaborate with staff to curate wine lists, manage inventory, and train team members on pairings to elevate dining experiences.

The role requires at least 3 years in wine service within fine dining or hotel settings, plus fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English for guest interaction and staff training.

Requirements:

• Pleasant, presentable, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Experience in F&B product/R&D is preferred
