Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong invites applications for a Sommelier to assist the Wine Director and team in delivering exceptional wine service within our luxury hotel outlet.

You will handle wine recommendations, serve orders professionally, contribute to stock control, and support floor operations while maintaining high standards of guest interaction and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as sommelier, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Strong beverage knowledge and excellent F&B knowledge.
• WSET certificate preferred.
• English, Putonghua and Cantonese language ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Wine Director and wine team in monitoring all wine and beverage related matters
• Serve wine orders in a professional manner following hotel standard procedures
• Responsible for the recommendation and sales of wines and other beverages to guests
