Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is seeking a Waiter / Waitress - Lobby Lounge to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous and professional service.

The role requires at least 1 year of hotel or F&B service experience, good command of English and Chinese, and a customer‑oriented, team‑minded approach.

This full-time position is located in Admiralty, Hong Kong, with a monthly salary of HK$18,000–HK$19,000 and a diploma or equivalent education as a minimum.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel or F&B service.
• Customer-oriented team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to hotel standard.
• Assist with order taking, providing recommendations and information on the latest promotions, as well as delivering food and beverages.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About the Role

As a Waiter / Waitress - Lobby Lounge (侍應生), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Assist with order taking, providing recommendations and information on the latest promotions, as well as delivering food and beverages.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

• 根據酒店標準，保持工作區域的清潔及整備

About You
