Jia Group Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a wine service professional to create and update wine lists, work with Chefs and Managers, and offer expert food and wine pairings in a high-profile venue.

You will maintain a fully stocked cellar, inform guests about wines, negotiate with vendors, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering outstanding service and training a team for busy shifts.

Qualifikationen

• WSET Level 2 or above
• Minimum 3 years’ wine services experience in fine dining restaurant or hotel industry
• Strong wine knowledge and stock control and ability to develop and implement wine activities
• Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skill
• Able to deliver fantastic service in a high-profile venue, and ability to up sell wine & beverages
• Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you
• A high level of energy and a good team player
• Confident in running busy shifts
• Understanding the food menu and be familiar with food notes and service sequences
