Job summary

Macroview Telecom, a HGC Group Company, is seeking a Solution Consultant (Application Security & Delivery Solutions) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, designing security solutions, and providing PoC demonstrations and proposals to convert opportunities into delivery projects.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams, deliver effective presentations, and ensure smooth handover from presales to project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information System related field.
• At least 3 years working experience in IT industry, presales experience preferred.
• Experience in solution configuration, PoC, proposal development and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge on Privileged Access Management/Identity and Access Management/ Application Security & Delivery products is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills in English; Cantonese a must; Putonghua preferable.

Responsibilities

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Understand, analyze customer requirements by solution base selling approach to achieve business outcome
• Partner with Sales team to develop business opportunities by providing technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, technical proposal, solution demonstrations and proof of concept test
• Good communication between technical teams, sales, vendors and customers
• Align with various implementation teams, to articulate customer requirements, solution design considerations and details, so as to facilitate a smooth transition from Presales to Solution Delivery
• Facilitate smooth transition from presales to project delivery by articulate customer requirements, solution considerations and details

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information System related field
• At least 3 years working experience in IT industry, pre-sales experience is preferred
• Experience in solution configuration, proof of concept, proposal development and competitive analysis
• Knowledge on Privileged Access Management/ Identity and Access Management/ Application Security & Delivery products will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer-facing, communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese a must, Putonghua preferable
