Job summary

A leading IT consultancy is seeking a qualified professional to engage in presales activities and provide technical leadership on Cyber-security solutions. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in Network Security and hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, fluency in Chinese, and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with key customers in Hong Kong and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Network Security or relevant product development.
• Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; Chinese fluent, English advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and handle technical questions.
• Act as a technical architect on Cyber-security solutions.
• Supervise and conduct POCs to key customers.
• Supervise and conduct POCs for key customers.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs; support proposals with technical input.
• Learn new solutions and transfer knowledge to team members.
• Pursue certifications on assigned solutions to become SME.
• Occasionally assist and supervise implementation services.
• Focus primarily on network and cybersecurity solutions.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Presales activities including product presentations, whiteboard discussion and handle technical questions
• Provide thought leadership and act as technical architect on Cyber-security solutions
• Conduct channel partner workshop and assist marketing activities
• Supervise and conduct POCs to key customers
• Respond to RFIs & RFPs
• Learn new solutions and provide knowledge transfer to others
• Get certifications on assigned solutions to become subject matter expert
• Occasionally assist and supervise implementation services
• Mainly focusing on Network and Cyber-security solutions
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• University Graduate / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relate discipline
• 3 years or above working experience of Network Security or with relevant experience of providing product development
• Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
• Strong team player, hardworking and eager to learn new technologies
• Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills, fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in English an advantage
