Job summary

WilliamSELECT is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee store operations and lead the operations team in delivering operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage daily store operations, inventory, scheduling, training, and coaching; analyse performance and stock accuracy; coordinate deliveries and repairs with warehouses and boutiques; and partner with regional and global teams to drive initiatives and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant operational management experience within the luxury retail industry.
• Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-focused with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including policy implementation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and implement controls to minimize stock loss.
• Ensure processes, product handling, and merchandise flow meet standards.
• Analyze store performance, sales trends, and forecasts; provide actionable reports.
• Manage stock deliveries, transfers, client repair orders, and logistics with warehouses and boutiques.
• Maintain after-sales service understanding and stock repair policies.
• Oversee defective merchandise handling and manage local damage costs.
• Provide administrative support and handle store queries and issues.
• Collaborate with regional and global Store Operations teams on priorities.
• Conduct and support operational training for frontline employees.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and support floor management.
