Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong seeks an order management and settlement professional to handle investment products including equities, bonds and structured products. You will support ad-hoc reporting and commission-related tasks while ensuring accurate settlements.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or above, 1–2 years in financial institutions, and solid PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Knowledge of IPOs and monthly reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• 1–2 years’ experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge of equities and fixed income products
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Perform order management and settlement of investment products (Equities, Bonds, Unit Trust, Structured Products, SDS, Foreign Stock) in bank systems
• Operate custodian platforms for order settlement (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear)
• Prepare dealing forms to fund houses
• Handle IPO stock/bonds subscription and settlement tasks
• Prepare statistic reports and assist UAT projects
