Job summary

Chaoshang Enterprise Consulting Service Co., Limited is recruiting a Securities Settlement Specialist to manage daily settlements across Hong Kong and foreign markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will handle corporate actions, deposits/withdrawals, and liaise with brokers and counterparties to resolve issues.

The role also involves supporting business development and regulatory projects, and participating in system development activities including UAT and migrations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder and at least 2 years relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Solid experience in securities settlement for HK and/or overseas markets.
• Familiar with CCASS operations.
• Knowledge of structured products, bonds, index commodities, futures and options is a plus.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong English and Chinese written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle clients’ instruction on corporate actions, fund/stocks deposit or withdrawal.

• Handle ad hoc projects in business development and regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Execute settlement administrative duties, such as reporting and filing.

Requirements :
