Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in settlement operations in the securities industry. You will manage daily settlement tasks across securities, fixed income, and corporate actions, ensuring compliance with external regulators and internal policies while drafting manuals and supporting system changes.

The role requires strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Degree holder or above.
At least 3 years relevant experience in settlement operations in securities industry.
Familiar with CCASS operations.
Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

To handle daily settlement operations including securities, fixed income, corporate actions and other Exchange/CCASS operations.
Monitor day to day settlement procedures.
Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies.
Draft and review the settlement manuals.
Assist in system modification and UAT testing.
Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
