Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Settlements Manager to support settlement activities for the Global Markets and Investment teams in HK & Macau. You will handle settlement of bond and equity transactions, corporate actions, and invoice processes with custodians and agents.

The role requires experience in back-office securities operations, familiarity with SWIFT, Murex, and related tools, and the ability to generate daily reports for monitoring settlements and trade validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Markets back-office of securities operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SWIFT, Murex, EasyWay, CMU, Windows and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support settlement of bond/equity transactions including CMU, Bond Connect, Euroclear and Clearstream.
• Follow up on settlements, coupons, redemptions and corporate actions with custodians.
• Prepare and validate daily MIS reports for trade volumes and job counts.
