Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is hiring a Technical Client Success Manager (Institutional Clients) in Hong Kong to lead onboarding, deployment, and ongoing success for enterprise clients accessing regulated stablecoins. The role requires hands-on API integration, deep collaboration with product and engineering, and strong commercial acumen to ensure value realization for institutional partners.

You will work hybrid in Hong Kong with a client-facing, technically sophisticated remit.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management for enterprise/SaaS.
Proven track record with financial institutions or strategic accounts.
Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and stablecoins is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, deployment, and integration for institutional clients (Authorised Distributors).
Coordinate API integrations, configuration, and pre-production testing.
Develop implementation roadmaps and client success plans.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure value delivery.
Deliver enablement sessions, create education materials, and monitor adoption metrics.
