The role requires 5-10 years of experience in IT support, fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and a proactive attitude towards delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT support, preferably with regional exposure.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Hands-on experience with common IT tools and environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to end users during business hours.
• Deliver remote IT support across regional offices.
• Monitor and manage service tickets via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support and administer core systems such as Active Directory, SharePoint.
• Configure, build, and reimage corporate laptops.
