The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of client-facing IT helpdesk experience, proficiency in Microsoft Desktop environments, and excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in a client-facing IT helpdesk environment.
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop environment (Windows 10) and basic understanding of MS Server environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing IT Onsite operations and support in a fast paced financial business environment.
• Maintain a stable desktop infrastructure and deliver consistent IT services.
• Supervise local vendors on delivering IT support services.
